Over my career, I have cultivated over 25 years of leadership and sales experience across various roles and industries.
I began my career as a Police Officer, where I enjoyed serving the public and engaging my local community. As I interacted with more families in the surrounding areas, I quickly realized that people were having a hard time putting food on the table.
As a result, I decided to serve these families by becoming a Financial Advisor, driven by the desire to help parents build generational wealth for their children. This experience opened up additional opportunities for me to progress as a manager and organizational leader in multiple enterprises.
Over the last 20 years, I have held several executive positions for two Fortune 500 companies and two large-scale private organizations. During this time, I particularly enjoyed the process of spearheading and operating two top-performing offices in different industries.
For my most recent project, I merged three existing departments to form an entirely new brand. The brand consisted of 90+ associates focused on offering training and consulting solutions to clients, covering the areas of sales profitability, leadership development & retention, operational productivity, and process implementation.
With my background in leading corporate teams and running successful startups, I continue to champion agile work environments that promote innovation and constant improvement. To further this passion, I am now focused on serving medium and large-sized businesses with my expertise in business performance, coaching, and emotional intelligence.
